Hello peeps! Let's talk about our goals do 2018. it can be simple as loose 5 pounds each quarter or take the stairs twice a week at work. I know I could add an extra40 miles as year if I took the stairs. Hmmmm maybe I should do that. Or walk to the mail box eachday. Don't feel that you have to kill yourself to make your goals.
