Do I need to exercise? Where do I start?
We know that in order to get fit and loose weight includes healthy food choices (not the D-Word )and moving your body. Exercise will be the E-Word in this blog and for good reason. Just like the D-Word (diet) people associate the E-Word with work (another negative 4-letter word) and usually negative thoughts of: "Oh i have to get off my butt and actually do something labor intensive."
