What a naughty negative word!
EXERCISE makes people think of sweaty bodies and sore muscles. Most of the time we start out at the gym doing great! But then we go overboard and burn out. We are going to move our bodies and have fitness regimens based on your personal level. Not everyone can run a mile. Some of us can only do 10 min on the treadmill. And your best is good enough for me! :-)
