Is food prep really all that important? Yes!!

Food prep is extremely important. Here's why:
1. You know the quality and flavor of the ingredients you're using. TASTE EVERYTHING! Don't eat it. Taste it. What if your lemons are extra acidic? Or your apples extra sweet? Prepping can save time and heartache since you will be aware of anything 'funky' with your ingredients and you can adjust your seasoning accordingly.
2. Faster and even cooking. Who wants to enjoy hash-browns with pieces of potato that are either half raw or burnt? When food is prepped correctly, all of the ingredients will be of even and appropriate size for the dish you are making. 3. Less chance of burning the house down! The last thing you need is to be in the middle of making a dish and you are prepping and cooking at the same time. My kitchen and blown up in smoke (literally) LOTS of times due to not prepping beforehand. When it comes to food prep be like Nike and "Just Do It".
4. Better chance of a enjoying a successful dish. You will not I repeat WILL NOT SAVE ANY TIME by not prepping all your ingredients beforehand.
