New year resolution check in

Hello JazzyFitClub peeps!

This is a pick me up blog! It's three months into the new year and I'm sure a little encouragement is in order and some background in JazzyFitClub for those just joining us.

Why I started JazzyFitClub:

There are a lot of successful people who have lost weight. You read all about the 5am workouts and workout supplements and cold chicken breast dinners....

That's awesome! But what about the journey? What about the binge nights two years ago? Or the potato chip cravings due to a stressful day at work? Why don't people talk about that? Today that changes now!

I too have lost 100lbs. But it was hard. It was ugly at times. Heck I still have relapses and cravings. I will talk about what no one else will. The good the bad and the ugly. Together we will get Jazzy and fit. More importantly, we'll stay that way!!!!!

What makes JazzyFitClub awesome:

I take a level by level approach. You can pick a level that works for you and be able to stick to it.  Hooray! Once you are successful on that level (and you will be) go to the next level. Remember, it took years to put the weight on. It will take time to take it off so don't give up!!

New year resolution check in:

Now that we are rolling into the new year This is a great time to reassess your goals. Ask yourself: Are my goals realistic? What steps do I needs to take over the next 90 days to reach phase one? Do I need to step it up or down so I don't get discouraged?

It's ok if you need to step it down so you can stick to your goals. Why? Because life happens. It's better to be real and drop down to a more reasonable goal that you can stick with than to beat yourself up. Remember, it was the tortoise that won the race. If you feel the need to step it up, good for you! However for the rest of us, let's keep going!! We can do it :-)

Stay Fit! Stay Jazzy! XOXO
