New year resolution 2018

Hello peeps!
Let's talk about our goals do 2018. it can be simple as loose 5 pounds each quarter or take the stairs twice a week at work. I know I could add an extra 40 miles as year if I took the stairs. Hmmmm maybe I should do that. Or walk to the mail box each day. Don't feel that you have to kill yourself to make your goals. I want you to taste the sweetness of success and the progress from goals that are challenging yet attainable. Maybe try the w0rkout regimen levels: one per week for 2 months. Your goal doesn't have to be all year long. What about walking on your 15 min break at work or even take half your lunch and go for a walk. Move your body and you'll start to feel amazing. Remember it takes about 8-12 weeks before people start to notice your progress. The time will pass anyway so you might as well start. You can start today! Be a positive influence for your peers. Hmmmm maybe I should write that one down too.
