Soy free ginger madness sauce

This is one of my favorite cheat treat sauces and is excellent with ahi tuna or tofu fries. A little goes a long way so enjoy!
The splurge ingredient is the sunflower mayo. Sunflower oil I high in omega 6, vitamin e, and no saturated fat. If you're gonna do the deed and have mayo (hopefully in moderation) I suggest sunflower mayo.
- 1 cup of safflower mayo
- 1 tps red pepper flakes or to taste
- 1 tbs coconut aminos
- 1 tbs of sugar (i prefer white sugar here but go no more than 2 tbs to suit your taste)
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- Half a garlic clove
- 1/4 tps black pepper
- 1 inch or so of fresh ginger diced
- Place everything in a blender until creaamy and smooth :)
This has a lot of good oils and flavor so it's a good cheat treat when you have the urge for something fatty and creamy
